Does anyone out there know when Alabama Highway 21 was last paved and/or resurfaced at approximately mile marker 224.3, close to the intersection of Grist Mill Road and/or Whiting Road? Have tried requesting from ALDOT, but they cannot get the information to us as quickly as we need it.
