Does anyone know the wheelbase measurement(s) of the bogies on the British Railways Class 121 and 101 DMUs please? I want to build some British Railways (Southern Region) EMUs, and a very helpful gentleman on another forum has advised that the bogies from the above noted DMUs will work very well. As the power bogie on an EMU is generally 8' 9", I wonder if the bogies from either DMU will do (I am guessing that they may be a 'standard' 8' 6")?
