It is worth a try, Find a good machine shop who can build an adapter plate from billet aluminium, and go from there,the motor mounts will need to be modified as well, after you get all the finer points of the engine swap worked out, then you can market a ready to install engine swap kit, for several types of engines,Volvo,Nissan, Mitsubishi,Kubota Heavy industries,etc....
