Does any one know how to find out if there is a time frame for a mandatory life prisoner who has been released on licence for 4 yrs without incident and was wrongfully arrested and remanded for 7 days only to have all charges dropped by the fiscal and no case to answer to. yet he is still in custody 10 weeks later without any sign of dossier paperwork etc? this is in the scottish system and it is really very difficult to find any info online which helps us in any way? from what i can find he should have been served with the recall dossier 2 weeks after his recall please if any one can advise would really appreciate it x
