Does Sheridan FCI house SO inmates? Are they housed in a different unit or with the general population? Are they allowed "yard" time? My understanding is that after 18 months at a USP and if points are low enough, family ties strong, no trouble, etc., the inmate can request transfer to, hopefully, lower security facility closer to family home. Any answers would be appreciated....thank you!
