Does Ben-Gurion university offer Computer Education as a Bachelors degree programme? Has Ben Gurion University ever partnered with the 0hio State University at any time since its creation?

The reason why I ask is because I saw a certifacte bearing "The Educational Institute of the Ohio State University in Partnership with the Ben-gurion University of the Negev". On enquiry I was told you teach computer science in Hebrew. But since there is an affliation with the Ohio State University is the course (Computer Education) taught in English. I want to enroll that is why am making these enquiries.
