No because the president doesn't really control gas prices opec (the gas people) does.

Liquid Petrolium Gas (Buten 12) is domestic utility ,
and our goal is to control an environmental pollution
and toxic Hydrocarbon groups which are hazardous for Ozone layer which is 200 K.M. long from earth surface.Function of this layer to filtered out Ultrviolet and green house effects .
It means to control Petrol ,Diesel and Cruid(White )Oil
which is used for Vehicle and industrial turbines affects to an environment and suffers Global Warming Problems.Prices not for LPG but petrol and diesel will be increased to control pollution for developed countries.Last time in Copenhegan Summit developed countries need to follows the laws and rules of Environmental Society Earth friends.Reply is must .

As was stated, He may have an input in how things go, he personally cannot raise them. With that said, congress has a lot to do with it as many of them have stock in oil. If they make a law cutting profits or what ever they could do to curtail the rise in prices, they would be cutting their own profits from stock.

Yes,no demand for gas when it is $6.00 a gal. Problem solved no gas shortage
