You allowed Transit Bus Dispatcher Jeff Ketchum to use his "sick time" due to "type 2" diabetes. You are currently paying Transit Bus Dispatcher Jeff Ketchum his salary twice a month, or either Ketchum is still an employee of the "MTA / New York City Transit Authority". Ketchum wrote up and reported Transit Authority Bus Operator Julius K McIntyre for using "sick time" which led to McIntyre being suspended and terminated by "MTA / New York City Transit Bus Superintendent Raymond Silvery. I WANT MY MONEY. THE MTA / NEW YORK CITY TRANSIT AUTHORITY VIOLATED MY RIGHTS TO USE "SICK TIME".

The New York State Department Of Human Rights " was covering your back all this time. THE STATE OF NEW YORK told me that I didn't have any "Probable Cause" to file charges against you ( MTA / New York City Transit Authority ). Does Jeff Ketchum have a "Probable Cause" to use "sick time" for over 7+ months ? Ray Silvery fired Transit Bus Operator Julius K McIntyre for taking "excessive absence" using "sick time". THE MTA / New York City Transit Authority Medical Department ( Dr. Chung and Dr. Strum) officially certified that I wasn't in shape to drive the bus until "Medical Test" on me were satisfactory and that I get "physically well".

EXPLAIN THIS "FOUL UP". If using and taking "Long Sick Time" is against "MTA / New York City Transit Authority Policy", why is Transit Bus Dispatcher Jeff Ketchum still on the "MTA / New York City Transit Authority Payroll" recieving a "Pay Check" every two weeks per month ? Why isn't Former Transit Authority Bus Driver Julius K McIntyre getting a salary ?

Transit Authority Bus Operator Julius K McIntyre, Transit ID number 58732, was suspended and terminated by MTA / New York City Transit Authority Bus Superintendent Ray Silvery, Transit ID 824440, for using so called "excessive" sick leave on the date of March 2002. Transit Management claimed that Transit Bus Operator Julius K McIntyre violated its rules and regulations concerning "sick leave". WHAT ABOUT TRANSIT BUS DISPATCHER JEFF KETCHUM ? Jeff Ketchum took more "sick leave" time than Transit Bus Operator Julius K McIntyre.

Julius K McIntyre worked "full time" to pay his tuition at "Pace University" to earn his Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry. The MTA / New York City Transit Authority Management "blacklisted" Transit Bus Operator Julius K McIntyre.
