Did Paul speak in tongues? I told a person the new testament was written by persons who spoke in tongues, and that the old was written by those who were imspired by the spirit because Jesus had not yet sent the Holy Spirit down to be with us. I was told Paul did not speak in tongues. I can't remember where to look for this answer.
