I have never seen any actor credited with having played the role of the policeman in the hospital at the end of Frenzy. However, when he turns around and looks towards the camera, I can swear that was Michael Caine. I know Michael Caine was Hitch's first choice to play Rusk. Does anyone know if he played that policeman in a cameo role, similar to Hitch's appearances in his own movies?
