Denato Salon is the worse Salon I have ever visited in my entire llife ! The staff are rude and in-experienced. I went there to get my highlights touched up, and ended up with a hair color similar to an ashtray. Not only did I have to make two more additional trips back to the salon for them to fix their mistake they made, I had to purchase numerous products for home care in order to get my hair back to its color it was before the screw up. All in all I spent over 10 hours sitting at that salon for what should have been an hour and half job.
Afterwards when I finally spoke to the salon director, he was so rude that I would never again walk into that salon in my life, even if they were offering free services !! That happened 6 months ago and my hair is still ruined at the ends from the damage that they inflicted while I was there.
