I have a few questions about RT-PCR. I investigate the signaling in T cell. The area of my interests is expression of transcription factors T-bet, RORgammat, Stat3, Stat4, FoxP3. I can't choose what device to use: BioRad (CFX96) or Applied Biosystems 7300/7500? What is more preferable?
