Dear Dr.Huber,
I live in California but Swiss citizen and legally separated from my swiss husband. Upon husband's death, am I legally allow to inherit his estate?
Also, he has a Swiss life insurance annuity fund, but will not reveal to US -IRS,
What is my legal responsibility and my rights after his death?
