I read these book many years ago and enjoyed them very much... Many years later I read them again, this time however (though I am still enjoying it very much) I find myself in a moral dilemma... who gave them the right to murder the troll and steal his property... it was a thing that he created, they had no right to creep like thieves in the night and murder him to take what was not theirs...???
