I love living in Dallas, GA. My greatest mistake was buying a property in The Wallnut Creek Subdivision of Ridge road and was owned by First National Bank of GA in Carollton of Mapple ave. The house was a brand new foreclosed property but it was a complete disaster. My appraiser came out saw the property and realized that the outside pipes were leaking. My lender requested that First National bank repair the leak before closing. They supposedly repaired it only to get me to close. Within a month of living in the property the pipe burst and flooded the inside and out of my property. The bank again came out and repaired the pipe (using a handyman) and not a licensed plumber. I swear to you within another 45 days the pipe burst again flooding my house. The bank has refused to repair the pipe properly. I have lived in this house for 4 months and every 45 days my house has flooded. The shower in the master bath does not run hot water. Please do yourself a favor and do not purchase a property in this sub-division. They are trying to sell another 9 foreslosed houses and they are most likey lemons also. Stay away from Walnut Creek Subdivision in Dallas, GA and definitely if the property is owned by First National Bank of GA, Carrollton, GA.
