Could a real Newfoundlander explain me what this sentence means:
"Buddy dere is on'a inside fer sum fine tinkin' wit' a tacker fer d'gulley, eh bys?"
Here is what I have so far: Hey, there is on the inside for some fine thinking with a.........................., don't you think?
I checked "gulley" (also "gully") and "tacker" in the Newfoundland English Dictionary http://www.heritage.nf.ca/dictionary/default.html) but It doesn't seem to make much sense :(
Help please!
