Congaratulation to you all the catholics of Hosanna for the news of the erection of the vicariate of Hosanna which was long waited, according to me,and it deserves to be. If there anyone to reply, my question is this. Why the vatican says the " Erection of the vacariate of Hasanna " when it was already erected as vicariate in feb 13, 1940?
