I am a conceptual artist, with my output currently taking the form of temporary art interventions...I would like to ask for people's expert advice on how to work collaboratively on concepts, creating a much as is possible a democratic sharing of ideas, to demystify the position of the artist, whilst remaining true to a contextual framework?

Any advice feedback would be great or if anybody could suggest a similar forum to discuss such issues?
