Commercial production process to make massive quantities of a food product

We used a commercial turkey gravy this thanksgiving and enhanced it with our own seasoned turkey drippings.

During discussion it was noted that no one ever hears about HOW these large quantities of food are actually made: ie., super quantities of ingredients, equipment, packaging, then distribution.

Does FrancoAmerican have any type of educational information on this subject.
