Is this possible?

I would say no, as clouds are already made of water vapor.

If we were able to do that dont you think we would have done it years ago? I mean, common sense please.

Cosmotologists have assertained that water vapour (Clouds) are effected by EM Radiation at various levels and frequencies causing combination of droplets (SEEDING) If you like, thus causing precipitation.

Yes the glaciers are shrinking. Glaciers are ice rivers flowing under the effect of gravity, moving only a few centimeters per year. Like all rivers they require precipation, otherwise they dry up. Which is precisely what is happeneing.
The precipitation paterns have changed on our planet.Not because the air is getting warmer, the cause is due to the

I lived in Denver Colorado during the early 1960's. The government set up powerful devices on top of the Rocky Mountains continental Divide, and U.S. Weather service contractors injected Silver iodide into the jet stream at precise times, to increase precipitation over the Great Plains, during a time of intense drought. This was just previous to the Universal prediction by world renown scientists, of an up-coming Ice Age (some of those same 'scientists' are predicting GW today)..

The resultant hailstones approached tennis ball size and killed people. The Boulder Highway was blocked with hail over a foot deep. Windows of vehicles were broken out. Convertibles were ripped to shreds. Floor mats were pulled up to cover people from the barrage.

People tried to crawl under their cars to escape and died of hypo-thermia before rescue crews could plow away the hail. Pick-up trucks all looked like they were over loaded with a cargo of white balls and ice. The destruction to cars along the path was immense. If liberals were really interested in solving the problem, and not interested only in bashing industrialized nations, They would look for real solutions, The most logical solution is to increase oxygen in the atmosphere, rather than slow industrialization. One average size tree produces enough oxygen for breathing of 25 people. The average new home built would add 5 new trees to the world's best oxygen producers A simple solution in the US Is to force the US Government to release some of the millions an millions of acres, they are holding away from the people to control demographers for political reasons. GB advocates have already starved 100 millions Africans to death with their Western bashing agenda. Trees not only pump oxygen into the atmosphere they also pump moisture into the air. It doesn't rain much any more in Africa because most of the trees have been cut down in Africa and the Mid east.
