To me it depends on the use and master of Cerberus. If its master is good then, the use and power of Cerberus is good. If the master of Cerberus is evil then, so is Cerberus.
To me the god is quite amazing but steal lies a mystery.

Really, Hades is the god that controls him; Cerberus is just the gaurdian of the underworld. So, is Hades good or bad? I believe that Hades is kind of bad, but the worst is Ares, god of war.
