Could someone post a system map of the Canadian Northern Railway as it finally was at the moment the Canadian Government took it over in 1918?

I have been discussing what was and wasn't CNR (= Canadian Northern vs. what was GTR/GTP (Grand Trunk Railway of Canada/Grand Trunk Pacific) with someone and a system map of the Canadian Northern would prove mighty useful. "Googling" for Canadian Northern maps produced a lot of chaff but no system maps; Wikipedia has what seems to be a good history of CNR expansion but, alas, no system map.

Let's abbreviate Canadian Northern as CNoR to distinguish it from modern CNR (Canadian National). I have seen an advertisement for the August '09 issue of Trains Magazine which supposedly contains a map of the Canadian National predecessors, but I don't have access to that magazine. Can you find a copy of it?
