Can we use blue silica gel to dry compressed air for use in dental surgeries.

We have been offered non regenerative dryers. Non electric, a tube filled with blue silica gel with a sight glass to check colour change and 5micron filtration.
Can this compressed air be used in dental surgeires for running hnad pieces and also triple syringes?
