Ummmm............ not sure what you mean. But if you meant to create its own laws and stuffs, this might be possible. String theory says that there might be a lot of extra dimensions (11 - 26 dimension) that you couldn't see, and they make everything in the universe balanced so creation of everything. Several scientists do think that string theory is too 'rich' and 'elegant' since we do think that the elementary mesons and baryons and other stuffs (if there is any) are in spherical or irregular shapes. (By 'irregular' I meant divine lengths and angles). And there are also a lot of other stuffs like supersymmetry, which some scientists think that might be too complicated to be 'elementary'.
