Can anyone tell me what the lyric's were to Spike Milligan's parody of the old ballad "Little Grey Home in the West" which was "Little Grey Hole in My Vest" (I believe it was the B-side to the Wormwood Scrubs Tango.)

It began:

I have little grey hairs on my chest
And they stick through the holes in my vest.
