Can anyone explain me why the mean gray values for each rgb splitted channel from analyse menu (measure) are different from the values of the Analyse Plugin (meaure rgb)? I don't know which is the correct...

I wanted to equalize 5 images in all rgb channels, however when I merge the channels they get different values after.
