Dear friend,
Minimum camber for a highway depend on the type of pavement. Is it a rigid pavement or flexible pavement?
If it is flexible pavement, it is 2.5minimum and if it is rigid pavement, it is 2minimum. Concrete pavements have lower camber because of its smoothness. You can refer IRC guideline for this.
