Can any one tell me the rules for a postie on his moped when it comes to delivering letters. If the only way he can do so is to get off the moped due to a car or whatever being parked in front of the post box but legally parked on the road and the letter box is at the very front of the property which is sloped and unsafe for a person to ride the moped on. thank you
