Can a levelled mirror be a useful artificial horizon as compared to a liquid based one? I use a 3-screw leveling system and a digital torpedo level, accurate to 1/10 of a degree. The drawbacks of liquid based reflectors are too much light absroption and disturbance by wind.

Short answer, yes.
Drawbacks of leveled mirror are reflections off front surface of glass and rear mirrored surface will confuse you. Unless you use a front surface mirror. Also even a digital level may not be accurate enough for good sight as far as leveling goes. Probably be fine for practice though.
