Can a human being urvive a room temparature of about 100 degrees Celsius??

NO - not a chance. After the first few seconds their eyes would probably boil. There aren't any blood vessels there to keep them cool. A few seconds later they would have third degree burns all over their body. It might take a couple of agonising minutes to die but eventually their blood would boil and their entire body would cook.

100 degrees celcius is the temperature of boiling water. It takes longer to transfer heat from the air but not much.
