Bought '03 police intercetor.Brake lights didn't work.found wires had been cut at harness behind e-brake release.spliced together.brake lights now work except for high mount light in center.no power going to bulbs.i had a problem with the front head lights.when switched to high beams right light would go out.replaced multifunction switch thinking this was the cause but no help.started tracking wire with test light.found unused connector on wire harness located on radiator support that when hooked to a jumper wire the lights now work.suspect same type problem with break light but i havent found anything yet.anyone have any ideas?
