I am Hadi. In my small home industry we can separate(deboning)hard bone(red bones)of a chicken feet within 2 minutes/piece, sometime within one and a half minutes.We do by polite process( without teeth out process), no chemical matter included. We clean a chicken feet from a market, after that debone their bones(red bones only)( cartilage still in its feet)by simple method without boiled them and than packed into plastic packaging and freeze them in freezer. Finally send them to a local market.How do you say about speed of deboning of chicken feet(unprocess/raw chicken feet)and their method in the others place of the world?. Thanks
