I am reading " A History of Wilkes-Barre, Luzerne Co. Penn." by O.J. Harvey, Vol. 2, 1909 He mentions on page 1043 that the flag carried by Butlers' Rangers during the Battle of Wyoming was later captured by the US Army at Niagara during the War of 1812 and taken to West Point. I spoke with the museum currator at USMA, Mike McAsse, and he does not have the flag and has no idea if it even exists. Any information on this?

Thanks

I'm thinking about having a portion of the battle depected in a painting. If that flag was there, I want to see and photograph it. Accuracy and detail are very important to historical reproductions.
