I have been searching forever for proper English bangers or Irish bangers and back bacon. I have tried about 10 different brands made in the USA, most all of them inedible. I recently tried some from a company claiming to be "England's Oldest Family Butchers" that are made in the U.S.A., and I must say they are wonderful, I was very surprised, authentic, great taste and texture, just like home. They have some good recipes on their site as well (http://www.balsonbutchers.com). They say they are making back bacon soon as well, can't wait to try it as well!
