Back in the 70' (maybe 80's) Ed had a male performer on his show that played fidddle, sang and danced this kinda tap dance/foot shuffle (in place) as he performed. All I remember was he was tall, thin and had long hair. I believe most of his songs were folk tunes. I seem to recall he made several appearances on the Ed Sullivan show and maybe Johnny Carson also---any ideas who this guy was?!?!
