At the bottom of Castleberg Crag down to the left on Constitution Hill, there is a small paved garden area with a gate leading to the road, there is a small plaque bearing the name's of Tot Lord and his granddaughter Margaret, does anyone know who this paved area belongs to, is it the local council or is it privately owned, I do know the wooded area leading to the crag is privately owned but I am unsure of this area
