At the 2003 world jam in England I purchased a jacket assuming it was for that jam. I had not opened it until recently and found it to be a 1999 jam jacket held in Peru. This was very deceptive because I was not told they were selling surplus left over from 1999. I want a 2003 jacket. How do I get one?
