It does all count at Coles and I know that because I work there, we strive everyday to proved the best specials, we do have to make a profit however we are contently trying to offer the best deal with "Big Brand Discounts" and the fresh produce "Market Buys" I know for certain that Coles Supermarkets Ply Ltd is number one customer service and providing the greatest discount for our customers.

No one likes working there we r only there cause its a secure full time job and get paid.

Most people like working there and with your attitude it's NOT a secure job.

That can b true but ive worked for them for over 10 years now with that attitude i just dont let it show i just chat with other staff who think the same as i. most the shit is cause head office have no idea they cut staff and hours oh we dont have enough money to pay wages bullshit the amount money the stores make of course they can. we all know it, they dont care that we have to do extra work when we have got so much time to do ours i know staff who come in an hour early before they r due to sign on and sign off but stay bak coles dont give a shit.yes we r told when we work at coles only to do the hours we r rostered to do but if we dont get something done cause we dont have time u get in trouble our new boss said to the deli staff if u dont clean up before u go home at nite proper even if u havent got enough time u havent got a job and u cant do that thats y not many like working there cause that shit
