Aslam o Alaikum
Brother I have a problem with me.I live in korea.I am not married.I have a good environment outside but alone in room.So I am suffer in a sin(gunna),I use my hand to get enjoy with panis.once in a week.whole the life I did not do zina but I tried to leave this gunah but failed.
Plz tell me exactlly what islam says for this and what should I do.
