As a christian, can I visit Mecca?

I believe you can. it gives you a good view of other religious beliefs.

As a muslim so far i know u hav no opportunity..

But I thought that Islam was a religion of peace? Guess not

I hope you never change your mind about Islam...from what I have heard, that would mean you would be put to death...great religion you got there.

Non-muslims are not allowed to enter the holy cities of Mecca or Medina. In fact, non-muslims are not even allowed to travel through these cities when traveling between other cities in Saudi Arabia.

I dont know what u hav in ur mind abt islam.. but if u want to change ur mind .. u should study more abt islam.. no need to visit mecca to gain knowledge or to change mind..

Islam is not confined into a container especailly a conical flask or a beaker...lol...brother/sister...
People who study comparative religions and learn to respect them...and the humans...are not Kaafirs...but many Muslims confined to their own well should sometimes doubt their own muslim-hood...

Again entering Mecca...could be just a simple thing if doesn't mean taking over or dishonour.....Arabian Wealth...lol...Well Kings their are smarter than those who take the name of religion and invade...so I feel it could be just pre-cautionary to avoid un-pleasant experiences...because sometimes it is very hard to pay back in the same coins when the goverments are involved...and Mecca is so precious to be risked in the name of generosity and humanity...for Muslims of-course..
as they have courage to keep their ID at least...and face the problem at the same time..which is good for them..

Why do you want to go there if you are christian. if you want to visit the place or watch the rituals you can do it online or youcan tell them that you are a musslem or want to become a musslem they like converting people to thier religion they cannot incerease their population because of birth control

So your saying that islam is untruth and christianity is truth...that kind of messes up your whole belief system then silent...

I have seen many christian converted from musilm in my country(Bangladesh) living here very peacefully.. actually all d christian people of here are converted either from hindu or mulim religion..
nobody cut their head yet.

Oh yes one more thing...in your country of Bangladesh is it a mostly Muslim community, driven my Islamic Law, or what....I truly don't know...if its not a country quided by Islamic Law, then of course nobody will be getting their head handed to them....enjoy

Bangladesh is a very tolerant country.ppeople kkep switcihng theri religion whenever they want just like changging new models.if they are threatened to live or die they alll say I do I live i die it is like they wiat for other musslems with beard may find a way to try to kill them without Christian countries can invade or sneak into Meccah or medinna

Hmmm...kind of scary that in answering this question the only two words of English he knew were "murder" and "passport". As interesting as it would be to visit, I'll pass at the present time.

When I have the power to freeze everyone for as long as needed, then I would love to visit...maybe even do alittle tagging on the wall to say that I was there and you couldn't do shit to stop me...enjoy
