Are there any notable inaccuracies in Al Gore's move - An Inconvenient Truth?

Yes, the allegations concerning sea-levels. Firstly, ice occupies a greater volume than the water forming it. This is not open to denial. Thus when water-bourne ice melts the affect upon the subsequent level of water is minimal. Secondly, the land-bourne ice layer shrinks and expands annually, hence the "spectacular" figures of allegedly shrinking ice cover in the Arctic. In fact, the rate of re-frigelation is greater and both the area and depth of the ice is now greater than earlier reported this year.

One notable inaccuracy in the move was the prediction about the increase of sea levels in the 21st century. Gore suggested that a 20 foot increase was a possiblity. Most scientists think the rise will be closer to a few inches.
