My name is Bill Caron,I was on B Flight 3rd SPS from Oct69 to Oct70. I was a Mortar Gunner and ran Twinkle Two which was on the Northern perimeter where the rifle range was. Bullseye 3 Tower was on Hawk Hill and Bullseyes 4 and 7 faced a garbage dump on tne perimeter. When I left Vietnam I was sent to RAF Wethersfield in England and found out the commander of Security Police for USAFE was Lt Col Bernie Fowler our boss when I first got to Vietnam.

can you remember cleaning the floor in the barracks when you came back stateside and you were surprised by a friend that had just returned after you did from Bien hoa. he was on his way to California to serve his last two years but as he promised he would see you again and did. tought of you thousands of times my friend. Did you know Craig Bargy? He was a friend that I knew stateside then we both ended up getting orders for RVN and were stationed at Bien Hoa. He was a short timer by the time I got there in Oct. of '70..the last time I saw him was the morning of the rocket attack on Nov 17.
