Anyone ever see the bicentennial with a postage stamp (13 cent bicentenial era 1776-1976) stuck just under the right bill number with a rubber stamp of the post office where the stamp came from I guess, the stamp is dated Apr 13 1976. They seem to be from washington state. There is another bill with a Commercial Aviation stamp stuck to it.All in uncirc condition.
I see a bill on ebay with the jacket that snaps closed is going for $85.
