Anybody got any idea where I can find a lst of Holmes county jobs, who fills them and how much they pay?

I hate the thought of being taken like that city (where was it? Wisconsin?) where the city/county officers paid themselves millions from the treasury. I got this feeling I should be looking into this but haven't found anything online.
