Dear people,

i have written one book about yodeling called YODEL-AY-EE-OOOO: THE SECRET HISTORY OF YODELING AROUND THE WORLD and am working on a second. Although I wrote about Mennonite & Amish yodeling in book one i did not feel it told enough of the story. I have been to Goshen several times and was a guest at Goshen College where I did research. I spoke to numerous people in the area around Goshen and Berne and managed to find some yodelers and people who could tell me more but I feel there is probably more to learn. I am wondering if some of you out there yodel, have memories of yodeling, have yodeler contacts or anything else that may aid in my research.

despite what most accounts say, the Swiss Amish of Indiana are not the only yodelers as i discovered some in the Lancaster PA area as well.

thank you for your interest,
