Air pre-heater is installed at furnace used to raise flue gas temp..we have Middla pressure steam(MS)in tube side with 10kg/cm2 pressure and 210 C temp. but it leak many times from bends...we analyse data and found that steam velocity in tubes is low as compared to design....how we can resolve this problem to avoide leakage for next time
