The proper mode of baptism is the same as Johan did that came with Jesus I think its in Mathew 3 read that it might help. we baptize people in rivers but safe rivers

We babtise only people who can make their own decision to do so. only those who can distinguish between good and bad, basicaly people more than 16 years of age.
in doing so we babtise the whole body into the river by the name of the Father, the Son and Holyspirit.
