According to Trilokasara: Dhammō vi dayāmūlō viṇimmiyō ādibahmēṇa "The 'first Brahmā' [Rishabha] established the dharma based on compassion." What is the reference in the Trilokasara for this much-quoted text? I've got a Hindi/Sanskrit edition, but cannot find it (so far!) Thanks

According to Trilokasara:

What is the reference in the Trilokasara for this much-quoted text? I've got a Hindi/Sanskrit edition, but cannot find it (so far!)
