Absolute Astronomy - Part of the "Deep Web?"

I noticed that to enter this discussion I had to login. Is this because this site is part of the "Deep Web?" It would appear so based on the article, unless I didn't read it closely enough. So then.... if www.greatdealsgoodasgold.com is not linked anywhere on the internet, then any web crawler would not be able to find it? But... since I've put the link here... if the web crawler visits Absolute Astronomy, it will find the aforementioned link and proceed to index all the links from it, thereby making it a permanent part of the "surface web?" :)

Hi. I think you have to log in to be able to reply. Oh and to also ask a question.
