In the begining,when i request internet information,the person in the front desk,offer me the diferent types of services,which are 254 mb,512 mb,so the solely internet servise,cost @$20.00,but this person offerme ,the combo cable,and intrnet,because we already have internet,but we have to sign a new 12 months contract,in order to have the special (cable and internet)@ $26.00 + tax.so why you are billing us,@ $40.00.
